From the moment you walk in, you’re treated to top-notch service—friendly, quick, and always on point. The staff truly make you feel welcome and taken care of. The beer selection is excellent, with a strong lineup of local craft options and familiar favourites—plenty to keep any beer fan happy. The food was also a standout: fresh, flavourful, and served hot. You can tell they put pride into every plate. The atmosphere is lively but comfortable, with a fun, energetic vibe that’s great for relaxing or kicking off a night out. The music wasn’t necessarily my go-to style, but it still worked perfectly in the space and added to the overall experience. All in all, Hitman’s Bar delivers on every level—just like the legend himself. It’s “the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be.” A must-visit spot if you’re in or around Cowboys Casino.

I've been wanting to check this place out since it first opened, and it did not disappoint. The food was excellent, with plenty of gluten-free options to choose from. There’s also a wide selection of fun and creative drinks to try. If you're a Bret Hart or wrestling fan, this spot is an absolute must. The decor, memorabilia, and wall-to-wall photos and posters are packed with nostalgia—it’s like stepping back into wrestling's golden era. They even have some merch for sale at the bar, so of course I had to get a hoodie. I wish I lived closer. Loved this place. Can't wait to go back.
A must visit place for all pro wrestling fans I have been waiting to visit this place for quite some time. Finally found enough time to explore the bar. They have Bret's memorabilia all across the place including every major title, slammys and his in-ring gear . My drink was 'SummerSlam' as it was too hot outside, and I needed something to chill down. Their menu is catered towards wrestling marks like me. The staff bought me a WWE championship replica and even let me take pictures with it. I ended up taking pictures with WWE championship and the big gold World Heavyweight Championship. Merchandises are available for fans to buy. Lastly, I was too excited to finally see a spot for wrestling fans to sit back, chatter and enjoy the live watch parties as well.
Was here on June 1 a wow the experience was amazing and service was 20/10. I’m a huge wresting fan an the gentleman working that day made my day with bringing out some belts for me to see. Thank you so much! Also the food was soooooo good!!
Highlight of my trip to Calgary. Went to Hitmans for my birthday. Had many cocktails and watched some classic Hitman matches on the many screens available. Memorabilia on display is awesome. Walls decorated with show posters, magazine covers, and personal photos. Our waitress was very attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. Brought a couple of bits of Hitman merchandise as a present to myself. I managed to sneak another visit in before we went to the Saddledome for WWE RAW. Atmosphere, whether the bar was full or not, was cool, and other patrons were friendly.
Was my first time coming from Edmonton to see this place! Xavier who I believe was the supervisor, was amazing! Fantastic host. Went out of his way to make my wife and I feel welcome. The food was great, and the atmosphere was amazing! Will definitely be back!!
Had an amazing time visiting Hitman’s Bar. It was one of the highlights of our holiday whilst visiting from Australia in August. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable in relation to Bret’s fabulous achievements. Seamus was an absolute superstar going the extra mile to give us a hands-on experience of some of Bret’s memorabilia. The food was fantastic, the ribs were the best we have had ever! Our experience at Hitman’s was so awesome that went back three times during our short stay in Calgary. This place has to be on your itinerary if you are ever visiting Calgary. It would have been so fabulous if we could have caught a glimpse of the legendary Bret. Next time! We had the best time. Thank you so much. Gary and Carolyn (Tasmania, Australia).
